What are your Shipping and Handling Charges?

We offer two shipping options, both through the U.S. Postal Service.

Our standard shipping and handling charge is $7.50 for the first DVD, with a $2 charge for each additional DVD being shipped to the same address. Your order will be shipped the next business day via Priority Mail which you should receive in 1 to 4 days.

Our express shipping and handling charge is $22.00 for the first DVD, with a $3 charge for each additional DVD being shipped to the same address. Orders are shipped the next business day and will be received the next day including Saturday, via Express Mail.

Should your order be returned because of an incorrect address, or refused shipment, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur due to the returned shipment.

How quickly will my order ship?

What are your accepted payment methods?

The Journey Remembered website accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. A check or money order can be mailed when using our Mail/Fax Order Form.   Back To Top

 

What is your Return Policy?

You may return any new unopened DVD within 30 days from the day your order shipped for a full refund. DVD's must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Factory sealed means that the shrink wrapping has not been removed from the DVD.

Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective DVD's will be replaced with the same item only. No refunds.

We do not pay for postage on returns of unopened items. Shipping charges are only refundable when the return is a result of our error.

Please include a copy of your invoice in your return box.  Allow 2-4 business days for processing of the refund to your credit card after we have received your unopened return.  Back To Top

 

How do I cancel my order?

Will I be charged Sales Tax for my order?

Sales tax is charged to customers with a shipping address in the State of Georgia. The percentage of Sales Tax charge is based upon the county of the shipping address.  Back To Top
